All on 4™, also known as Same Day Smile or Same Day Teeth, is a revolutionary, scientifically-proven technique where a whole arch of failing teeth is replaced by dental implants in a single visit. It is a suitable option for patients who have previously been unable to have dental implants due to bone loss in the jaw.

The All on 4™ procedure takes place in one day. Prior to this there will be an initial consultation and CT scans, and there will be follow-up appointments after the procedure.

The All on 4™ procedure works best for people with significant tooth loss or decay, and for people who have previously been unable to have dental implants due to bone loss in the jaw area.

You care for your implants as you would your normal teeth, with regular brushing and dental check-ups.

A common fear with any visit to the dentist is that it will hurt. We can assure you that the All on 4™ procedure is not painful, and our team of expert clinicians do everything possible to ensure you are comfortable during the procedure. There may be some short-term discomfort following the procedure, as you may expect with a tooth extraction, but nothing that your regular pain killer won’t fix

One of the benefits of the All on 4™ procedure is that it can be performed in just one day, so you don’t have the inconvenience of repeat visits for fittings.

Initial consultation:

Book in for a free initial consultation where we can discuss you treatment options and your medical history, examine your teeth and you can ask any questions.

To establish your suitability for All on 4™ we will take computerised Digital Jaw X-rays.

Scans:

Once we’ve established you are suitable for the All on 4™ procedure we will develop a treatment plan, using the images from your Digital Jaw X-ray and clinical records.

Same Day Smile:

On the day of your appointment you’ll come in for your treatment and leave hours later with a new smile. In the morning we will remove any remaining damaged teeth and place implants. After some light refreshments during which time our on-site technician will have crafted the fixed implant bridge, you will have the bridge fitted.

Follow up:

Will ask to see you again for a follow up appointment following your treatment.
